Open a desktop bookmark file as a tap-friendly directory tree. Links open in a new tab, so the tree stays put. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is saved — the file is read on this device only, and reloading the page forgets it completely.

or pick it from this device — Downloads, Files, iCloud, wherever it landed.

Chrome / Edge / Brave / Firefox / Safari · .html export Chromium · Bookmarks (JSON) Firefox · .json backup
How do I get the bookmark file?

Any browser — the HTML export (easiest)

  1. Chrome / Edge / Brave: Bookmark Manager (⋮ → Bookmarks) → ⋮ → Export bookmarks.
  2. Firefox: Bookmarks → Manage Bookmarks → Import and Backup → Export Bookmarks to HTML.
  3. Safari (Mac): File → Export → Bookmarks.

Send the exported .html file to your phone (AirDrop, email it to yourself, cloud drive), then open this page and pick it.

Chrome / Chromium — the raw Bookmarks file (JSON)

No extension, no export needed: copy the file named Bookmarks (no extension) from the browser profile folder — on Windows %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\, on Mac ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default/ — and pick it here. Webster detects the format automatically.

Firefox — the JSON backup

Bookmarks → Manage Bookmarks → Import and Backup → Backup… produces a .json file that also works here.

No bookmarks match that filter.
